Wine Quotes (Wine, Words, & Wednesday)

For years now, every time I read a book and come across a quote about wine, beer, or spirits, I’ve been highlighting, clipping or jotting it down.  I’ve accumulated quite a collection.  I keep it on 337 different pieces of scrap paper scattered throughout my house, but it’s a collection nonetheless.  So I thought why not organize my collection?

  1. hi i have just had my first wine with a blend of gros manseng and sauvignon its called horgelus i bought it to cook with as its inexpensive but was assured good enough to drink and i absolutely love it I’m having it with duck and it can take it.I tend to nodd off with reds 1 glass and its just a soporific haze its a wonderful discovery France should look after its heritage wine types.
